Welcome to the Food Awards Voting Portal (“Platform”), owned and managed by Group Bhaskar (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “voter”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is designed to allow users to cast votes for nominees participating in the Food Awards. Users can submit their mobile number or email address, verify their identity through an OTP (One-Time Password), and cast their vote.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the voting:

• You must be 12 years or older.
• You must have a valid mobile number or email address.
• You must be a real individual. Automated or bot voting is strictly prohibited.

3. User Registration & Verification

• 3.1. To vote, you must provide either your mobile number or email address.

• 3.2. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.

• 3.3. Your vote will only be counted after successful OTP verification.

• 3.4. By submitting your mobile number/email, you consent to receiving OTP messages for verification.

4. Voting Rules

• 4.1. Each verified mobile number or email address may be allowed to cast one vote per category, unless stated otherwise on the Platform.

• 4.2. Votes cannot be altered once submitted.

• 4.3. The Company reserves the right to:

• Monitor voting activity
• Reject suspicious or fraudulent votes
• Disqualify users involved in unfair voting practices

• 4.4. The Company’s decision regarding the final vote count is final and binding.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

• 5.1. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection of:

• Your mobile number or email address
• Device Information
• IP Address
• Voting Data

• 5.2. Your data will be used strictly for:

• OTP verification & user authentication
• Ensuring fair and genuine voting
• Preventing fraud, duplicate votes, or automated submissions
• Displaying aggregated vote counts

• 5.3. We do not sell, rent, or misuse your personal information.

• 5.4. Your data may be shared with authorized third parties only for verification and security purposes.

6. Security

• 6.1. We implement reasonable technical measures to safeguard your data.

• 6.2. However, no system is fully secure. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you share information at your own risk.

• 6.3. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to bypass OTP verification
• Use fake, temporary, or disposable numbers/emails
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Vote multiple times using fraudulent methods
• Interfere with Platform operations

Violations may lead to:

• Vote deletion
• User blocking
• Legal action under applicable laws

8. Nominee Information

• 8.1. Nominee details are provided by Group Bhaskar or participating entities.

• 8.2. The Company is not liable for any inaccurate or misleading nominee information.

• 8.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, remove, or update nominees at any time.

9. Winner Selection & Results

• 9.1. Voting results are calculated based on verified votes only.

• 9.2. The Company may use audits and fraud-detection systems to validate votes.

• 9.3. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel results in case of suspicious activity.

• 9.4. Final winners will be announced on official portals and communication channels of Group Bhaskar.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, images, code, logos, and trademarks on this Platform are the property of Group Bhaskar or its partners. Unauthorised copying or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from Platform use.
• The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis.
• The Company makes no guarantees about uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend access or block users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Termination may happen without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur.
